MISSION STATEMENT

We, the Third Michigan Volunteer Infantry Company F of Grand Rapids, Michigan, exist to educate the general public and preserve all aspects of Civil War period life. We also strive to make our events authentic yet enjoyable for the reenactors and their families. Male and female reenctors shall be in equal partnership as members. Each member shall have the opportunity to participate in any decision-making process that takes place. All members are encouraged to set up educational or informational events for members of the Third. (2/13/94)
